"This was our 3rd boat we have owned, and the first through The Marine Center. When I walked in, I had no idea I would be buying a boat here instead of the Crownline I was looking to buy at the other dealership. I am here to tell you that you stole me from them to you because of several things you did. First, the Azure boat is an incredible boat that has features I have not seen in any other of its size. "I drop my boat of the Monday before Labor Day Weekend asking them if I could have it back by the weekend. I had to drop off my boat during my lunch hour. I called them told them what had broke ahead of time so it would be faster. I pulled up dropped the boat off and in 5 minutes was back in my truck going back to work. The pick up was just as easy and everything was clean and not messy from the guys changing my broken parts. Marine Center allowed my family to have a great Labor Day Weekend! Thank you!"

"Scott:
First of all, THANK YOU for the attention you've given us in providing information about the Azure boat and arranging for pictures to be sent to us. The Azure is undoubtedly a beautiful boat and we appreciate learning more about it. The one feature about the boat that we cannot seem to get our arms around is the head not being inside the cabin. We know you are willing to make the arrangements to have the boat brought to your store for us to see in person, but we are feeling so strongly about having the head inside that cabin that we do not want you to go to that kind of trouble. Scott Harklau was also a great source of information and we also appreciate his time in giving us a call; he indicated that most of the time spent on a boat is not in the cabin, but we still feel pretty strongly about having the head inside rather than up top.
So, for that reason, we don't feel the need to look into the Azure any further--knowing that the 2008 model still has the head up top and because we'll be making a purchasing and order this year or early next. Please know that in the coming years, we'll keep our eye on this model...it is a spectacular-looking boat and we wish you good luck in marketing it.
And, again, thank you for the customer service you provided. We talked to many boat dealers when we attended the Fall Boat Show and you are the only one so far that provided the kind of customer attention we had hoped to receive. If that alone was key in making a decision on our purchase, you and the Marine Center would win hands down!
